We transformed a 2,700 sq. ft. vacant building into a brand-new Dunkin' location featuring the brand’s “Next-Gen Cool Palette” design. The renovation includes a completely new kitchen, back-of-house area, updated restrooms, refreshed dining room, and a new drive-thru window. Exterior improvements include a full façade update and a newly paved asphalt parking lot. The project also includes complete upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
