Huddle House, Decatur, IL

This Huddle House was a free-standing, dine-in restaurant, built completely new from the ground up.

The project included:

• Extensive sitework
• Concrete
• Masonry
• Framing
• EPDM roofing (a durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane)
• EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) to meet new energy codes
• Interior finishes
• Cooler/freezer
• Kitchen equipment
  

The exterior required a custom façade with odd angles and a round inset for signage. This posed a challenge but it came out great in the end.
